You will probably want to know who you will be working with so I thought my first blog would be a good time to introduce myself.
You already know I am Jason! I am a qualified coach & counsellor with over 12 years experience. During that time I have worked with a large spectrum of clients from a wide range of industries, from banking through to public sector.
I am a dad to a wonderful son and husband to a lovely wife of 22 years, living in Faversham and loving life. Passionate about keeping fit and love to socialise with friends and family. I enjoy setting myself physical challenges which push me to the limit both physically and mentally! Sounds awful, but honestly it’s real fun.
So back to work… I help people to realise their full potential, tapping into their inner resources to achieve the outcomes they are looking for. To explain about career coaching a little more, it’s about working with individuals to recognise their transferable skills and strengths, their achievements and how to articulate them in order to secure new opportunities.
